Jason Brand, Director

Jason is a Council member of the BHEAA - Brighton & Hove Estate Agents Association, the local governing body for raising standards in estate agency.

Having began his career in Estate Agency in 1986 Jason has now worked through 2 recessions gaining vast experience during the hardest periods in the property market in recent times. Before founding Brand Vaughan in January 2007 Jason held a senior position in a large corporate agency achieving 'top performing office' on numerous years.

Administrator

Joined the estate agency world in the 1980s and has worked in varied locations across Sussex. Biddy has been ever present at Brand Vaughan since its launch at the start of 2007. Biddy's experience is invaluable and she provides the admin work behind the driving force.

Annie Karlsson
Sales Coordinator/Administration

Has 9 years agency experience. Annie brings to our company a wealth of knowledge and is involved with all aspects of front line work which also includes providing email feedback after every viewing to our vendors. Annie is also responsible for overseeing our sales transactions and benefits from the experienced gained from working in a conveyancing department for a local solicitor.

Lee Reed
Sales Negotiator

Lee has been working in Brighton and Hove as an estate agent for over 4 years. He has achieved a technical award and an NVQ level 3 in residential estate agency and new home sales. He feels he has ‘progressed his career by joining Brighton’s leading agent’ recently and is looking to progress through the company as it expands.
