One of the Directors will be responsible for the overall sale of your property from start to finish ensuring your property is in the best hands. You will have direct contact with Jason Brand and David Vaughan by direct dial, mobile and email ensuring close contact 'every step of the way.'

Our newly refurbished office at 110 St George's Road, in the heart of Kemp Town deals with residential properties from all across our city. Our branch displays properties on our high profile LCD display screens both externally and internally and is open 7 days a week.

Based in Hove, Brand Vaughan Lettings opened in January 2009 and has quickly become a letting agent of choice across Brighton & Hove.

David Vaughan has always lived in Brighton and has an excellent knowledge of the Brighton area. David was corporately trained in Estate Agency in London where he gained valuable experience from some of the country's leading agents. A top performer for a large corporate firm receiving numerous awards in estate agency including 'Negotiator of the year in 2004'. Most recently appointed as a senior figure at a large independent agency. Jason Brand started in Estate Agency in 1986. Having worked through the recession in the early 1990s, Jason has gained vast experience during the hardest period of agency in recent times. Having held one of the most senior positions within a large corporate agency, managing their Kemp Town branch for the past 4 years, notably achieving 'Best Performing Office' in 3 of the last 4 years. Brigid Burgess joined the estate agency world in mid-Sussex in the 1980s as a Secretary/Negotiator. Although she has several times been offered the opportunity to manage her own branch, she prefers to be the admin behind the driving force, providing the back-up to business is her forte. For the past two years Briggid has been the Administrator for a highly successful award-winning team in the Kemp Town area of Brighton. Brigid's experience is invaluable.
