I am responsible for putting together all the beautiful property particulars, and I love the look on vendors’ faces when they see their details – they often say they would like to buy the property themselves! The most enjoyable part of my job is seeing and hearing happy vendors when their sale exchanges! I previously worked in a firm of solicitors giving me a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process. I have built up excellent relationships with local solicitors and mortgage advisers over the years, which makes communicating with them so much smoother. I am also responsible for providing feedback to all our sellers the day after the viewings have taken place.

After doing my MA in Mayfair, London, I embarked on a series of property developments giving me a brilliant hands on knowledge of property – the potentials and the pitfalls, and so now when I talk to prospective buyers or sellers I am able to bring my wealth of experience and empathy to the exciting, and at times stressful journey involved in buying and selling a house or flat. Utilising the latest in high-end digital capture, with a wealth of photographic talent, I undertake each property assignment with the same degree of respect and expertise, whether it be a small studio flat or a large family townhouse.
