Full Time experienced Sales Negotiator

Brand Vaughan looking for an experienced estate agent to join our busy Hove sales team with Industry experience of at least one year .

 

You’ll need to be confident but with excellent people skills, able to listen to and understand our clients requirements. A drive for sales, an exuberant personality and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment is needed in return for a successful and rewarding career.

 

Full Drivers Licence Essential.

 

Location – Based in our office at Hove, 117-118 Western Road, Hove, BN3 1DB

Hours – Monday to Friday, 8 30am to 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-4pm

Salary – Competitive salary depending on experience

Full Time Lettings Administrator

Do you have great organisational and customer service skills? We are looking for an experienced office administrator for our fast paced letting department based at our Kemp Towns lettings department, who is extremely organised and able to multi-task with ease.

 

For this interesting and varied joint role, you’ll also need to have great people skills and an eye for detail. Whilst agency experience is advantageous full training will be given.

 

Location – Based in our office at Kemp Town, 110 St Georges Road, Brighton, BN2 1EA

Hours – Monday to Friday, 8 45am to 6pm

Salary – Competitive salary depending on experience
