Brand Vaughan has partnered with Reposit to bring you a no deposit option when renting your next home.
Through Reposit, we are able to bring you an alternative to the traditional deposit which means you save time, save money and pay less when you move to your next home through Brand Vaughan.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
Find your ideal rental property, Brand Vaughan will offer you the option of a traditional deposit or Reposit.
If you choose Reposit, Brand Vaughan will pass their details to Reposit and Reposit will take care of the rest.
Pay a non-refundable fee of one week's rent to Reposit.
If there are any damages you pay for them at the end of the tenancy.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Reposit is not a deposit. By purchasing a Reposit, you are paying a service charge equal to one weeks worth of rent to allow you not to pay a deposit and for your Landlord to be added to the Reposit Insurance Policy.
At end of tenancy, your Landlord may claim on the Reposit. It is your right to either agree or dispute their claim and Reposit will act as an impartial mediation platform.
If you decide to dispute a claim, an independent arbiter will assess and award monies based on factual evidence presented both from the Landlord and Tenant.
Tenants are reminded that if they dispute a claim, a £60.00 upfront fee will apply. However, this is immediately refunded should the adjudicator find the claim to be partly or wholly in the tenant’s favour.
