Kemptown Sales

Founders Jason Brand and David Vaughan opened the original Kemptown branch of Brand Vaughan in 2007. Between them they had extensive experience in estate agency, having worked since school-leavers at both corporate and independent companies throughout the city. By 2007, both Jason and David had a proven track record for turning those companies into profitable, top selling agents. It was now time to put their names above the door.

What started as a small office with just two full-time negotiators and an administrator, soon became a staff of ten. Within a few short years they started winning awards and their reputation as the best agent in Kemptown was secured. In 2015 Brand Vaughan merged with Hove’s leading Lettings agent Cambridge Residential, with the Kemptown office extending to include a lettings department. During this time, David and Jason opened two further offices in Hove and Preston Park with a fourth opening in Brighton Marina during 2021.
