8 Weeks Deposit Cover

With our No Deposit option

Our extremely popular ‘No Deposit Option’ is available with our managed services, increasing the level of cover for you as the landlord from a maximum 5 weeks’ rent damage deposit to a full 8 weeks’ cover.

Not only does this service provide 60% more cover for any issues at the end of a tenancy, the process to recover any costs is extremely efficient and we manage the claim for you. In the event independent arbitration is required at the end of a tenancy, the process is completed and  payment made within 28 days, meaning payment reaches you significantly faster than with a traditional damage deposit.
