With our own professional laundry service, we keep costs down and standards high, with all bedding and linen laundered and pressed by our own in-house team
When guests are staying longer than a weekend, our housekeeping team will visit the property for regular cleaning and laundry changeovers. Our team are always on hand for all guest queries and any issues are addressed within the hour, as part of our concierge standard of service.
From a broken plate to a faulty boiler, we have all trades available at short notice. We can also assist with refurbishments, furnishing guidance and how to maximise the appeal and rates achieved for your property
Unlike other agents, we don’t leave guests to find lock boxes for their keys. All check-ins are conducted in-person and our team will spend the time to make guests feel welcome and answer any questions.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
When letting your property to holiday guests, it’s essential to have appropriate insurance, in case of any unexpected events. You’ll also need to have suitable insurance for your contents and our team can suggest appropriate providers for you
ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
All properties must have a valid EPC, which once completed is valid for ten years. If your property doesn’t already have one, we’ll arrange this for you.
We’ll conduct a fire risk assessment of your property and ensure appropriate signage is displayed for the safety of your guests, as well as the provision of a fire blanket. This is usually a requirement of your Public Liability Insurance policy.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORT
It’s essential to make sure all the electrical wiring, fixtures and fittings in your property are safe. An EICR is valid for 5-years once completed and we’ll arrange this for you, as well as any remedial works if required.
