Positioned on the second floor, this newly refurbished apartment offers comfortable and luxurious living space for up to five people in three bedrooms. Beautifully presented in keeping with the seaside location, this sunny apartment feels both modern and homely and comes equipped with everything you’ll need for your self-catering holiday.

The space

In an enviable position, this south facing apartment sits overlooking the harbour in a secure, gated development within the marina and includes a private parking space close to the apartment entrance. Once inside your holiday home, it is immediately clear it is a stylish and beautifully maintained apartment with a stunning, south facing reception room providing space for formal dining close to the contemporary open plan kitchen. Sumptuous sofas provide space for relaxation in the living room which leads directly out to the south facing balcony to enjoy the views, morning coffee and early evening drinks as the sun rises and sets over the harbour. From this elevated position, you can watch the world go by along the boardwalk while the starlings perform their murmurations across the water. During the cooler seasons, there is a SMART TV, with SKY and complimentary WiFi, so you can enjoy the space with a movie or streaming service. There is also an Alexa so you can enjoy music with a glass of wine on the balcony.

The contemporary kitchen has plenty of storage plus an integrated washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, fan oven and a ceramic hob – although it will be tempting to eat out most nights with so many restaurants and cafes nearby.

The master bedroom has a king bed and also enjoys delightful views of the boats to the south, an en suite shower room with aquamarine brick tiles and a shower cubicle. There is a second double bedroom which is equally warm and comfortable and a single room. All bedrooms have wardrobes/clothes storage. These rooms share use of the main bathroom which follows the chic styling of the en suite, yet has a shower over the bath.

Where It Is

Whether you are a family looking to holiday along the coast, a couple excited for a weekend getaway or you are planning a business trip in the city, we offer an incredible range of holiday apartments for let by the night, week or month. Brighton Marina has something for everyone. It sits equidistant from the City of Brighton & Hove, the South Downs National Park and the quaint smugglers villages of Rottingdean and Ovingdean, but has plenty to offer right here too.

Taking a stroll along the boardwalk, you can look out over the boats as they come in and out of the Marina while dining at one of the many family-friendly restaurants. Take the family bowling or to the cinema, or bungee jumping if you’re brave enough. Enjoy a night out at the renowned Rendezvous Casino after a meal and cocktails on the balcony of Malmaison.

For fishing and boating enthusiasts there are several boat trips every day, plus yachting, sailing and water sport lessons available (weather and season permitting). Get pampered and any one of the spas, hairdressers and beauty salons, and for shopping there are several boutiques within the inner harbour. Whether you are on foot, in a car or hiring a Brighton Bike from the Marina, you can access the City of Brighton & Hove in minutes as its iconic Palace Pier and Royal Pavilion are just 1-mile along the coast to the west. Heading east along the undercliff path you’ll come first to Ovingdean Cafe and Beach where freshly baked cakes can be enjoyed on the sand as the children play in the rock pools.

Fish & chips can be found further along in Rottingdean where village pubs and antique emporiums are just a minute inland on the High Street. Take a trip up the i360, or visit one of the many theatres, art galleries and museums in Brighton – which comes to life during the May Brighton Festival. The North Laine offers a bohemian and cultural experience with artisan cafes and independent shops – all of which are accessible by jumping on the Number 7 bus which leaves Brighton Marina every 10-minutes.
