Why you’ll like it:

It sits in a secure, gated development within the marina and includes a private parking space. Once inside your holiday home, it is immediately clear it is a stylish and well-maintained apartment with a generous reception room for relaxation and dining, leading out to a north-facing balcony with an east to westerly aspect so you can also enjoy sunrise and sunset. It also looks onto the under-cliff walk which runs along the coast and into the city or to the ancient fishing village of Rottingdean in the east.

During the cooler seasons, there is a TV, DVD player and complimentary WiFi, so you can enjoy the space with a movie or streaming service.
The modern kitchen is separate and has plenty of storage plus a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and a hob – although it will be tempting to eat out most nights with so many restaurants and cafes nearby. You can dine al fresco on the balcony listening to the twinkling of the boats while enjoying a morning coffee or a night cap depending on the time of day.

There are two lovely double bedrooms; one with a king bed and the other a double, plus plenty of clothes storage. While one has a shower en suite, the other has use of the classic family bathroom which has a shower over the bath.

Where It Is

Brighton Marina: Whether you are a family looking to holiday along the coast, a couple excited for a weekend getaway or you are planning a business trip in the city, we offer an incredible range of holiday apartments for let by the night, week or month. Brighton Marina has something for everyone.

It sits equidistant from the City of Brighton & Hove, the South Downs National Park and the quaint smugglers villages of Rottingdean and Ovingdean, but has plenty to offer right here too. Taking a stroll along the boardwalk, you can look out over the boats as they come in and out of the Marina while dining at one of the many family-friendly restaurants. Take the family bowling or to the cinema, or bungee jumping if you’re brave enough. Enjoy a night out at the renowned Rendezvous Casino after a meal and cocktails on the balcony of Malmaison.

For fishing and boating enthusiasts there are several boat trips every day, plus yachting, sailing and water sport lessons available (weather and season permitting). Get pampered and any one of the spas, hairdressers and beauty salons, and for shopping there are several boutiques within the inner harbour. Whether you are on foot, in a car or hiring a Brighton Bike from the Marina, you can access the City of Brighton & Hove in minutes as its iconic Palace Pier and Royal Pavilion are just 1-mile along the coast to the west.

Heading east along the undercliff path you’ll come first to Ovingdean Cafe and Beach where freshly baked cakes can be enjoyed on the sand as the children play in the rock pools. Fish & chips can be found further along in Rottingdean where village pubs and antique emporiums are just a minute inland on the High Street.

Take a trip up the i360, or visit one of the many theatres, art galleries and museums in Brighton – which comes to life during the May Brighton Festival. The North Laine offers a bohemian and cultural experience with artisan cafes and independent shops – all of which are accessible by jumping on the Number 7 bus which leaves Brighton Marina every 10-minutes.
