The apartment sits in a secure, gated development within the marina and includes private parking in a garage. Once inside your holiday home, it is immediately clear it is a stylish and beautifully maintained apartment with two reception rooms on the entrance floor providing space for formal dining within the open plan kitchen and relaxation in the living room which leads directly out to the south facing sun terrace for dining al fresco. During the cooler seasons, there is a TV, DVD player and complimentary WiFi, so you can enjoy the space with a movie or streaming service. The apartment has three smart TVs, in the living area and bedrooms and also fit with sound bars as well as a PlayStation.
The modern kitchen has plenty of storage plus a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and a hob – although it will be tempting to eat out most nights with so many restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a separate balcony from the first floor bedroom from which you can look out over the boats in the marina, facing east, south and west so you can enjoy sunrise to sunset with a morning coffee or a night cap depending on the time of day.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor; one with a super king bed, one double and one with adult size bunk beds so you can sleep six in total. They share use of two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.
