Why you’ll like it:
It is found within a secure, gated development within the marina and includes a private parking space close to the property. There is lift access to the upper floors, where once inside your holiday home, it is immediately clear it is a beautiful space with a fine-quality finish throughout including streamlined fixtures and fittings and sumptuous furnishings.
The living room is wonderfully spacious with clearly defined areas for formal dining and relaxation on comfortable sofas and armchairs. Holding a corner plot there are two arched windows and French doors leading out to the wrought iron, curved balcony. This faces east to catch the morning sunshine, and has ample room for a small dining table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the world go by.
During the winter you can take full advantage of the Wifi so you can stream movies in the evening, while in summer you can sit outside to plan the day’s or evening’s itinerary. Conveniently nearby, the wood shaker kitchen has plenty of storage plus a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and a hob – although it will be tempting to eat out most nights with so many restaurants and cafes nearby.
